What is AbSo?+

AbSo is a same-day delivery service for auction Winners. We pick up your wins from partner auction houses and deliver them to your door the same day.

How much does it cost?+

Scheduled same-day delivery is $25 with an AM/PM window, or $20 for Anytime (the driver picks the time). Consolidating extra stops in the same market is one flat $15, and oversized items are $25 each. No surge pricing, no hidden fees. See the full pricing page for every line.

What markets do you serve?+

We are live in Nashville and Las Vegas, with more markets launching soon. Join the waitlist for your city.

How do I sign up?+

Click 'Sign Up Free' to create your account. You'll need an email address or Google account.

Is my delivery insured?+

Yes. Every delivery is covered by our carrier insurance policy. If anything is damaged, file a claim within 48 hours.

How It Works

What size items can you deliver?+

Most auction items — furniture, appliances, electronics, tools, home goods. Oversized items (items requiring two people or a truck bed) are supported for an additional $25 per item.

Do I need anything from the auction house to book?+

It depends on where you won. BidFTA pickups require the QR code from your winning invoice — you'll enter it when you book. Nellis pickups require the phone number on your Nellis account so the warehouse can release your lot. We'll prompt you for whatever your auction house needs.

What if my item is damaged during delivery?+

Every pickup includes a photo inspection. If damage occurs during transport, file a claim through your dashboard. Claims are valued at your auction purchase price (receipt required).

Can I schedule delivery for a future date?+

Yes. You can book delivery for today or schedule it for a future date that works for you.

What happens if I'm not home?+

Standard delivery is to your door or garage. If you choose a safe-drop option at booking, your driver can leave the item in the spot you specify and capture photo proof of delivery. Otherwise, arrange for someone to receive it during your window.

Can I cancel or reschedule a delivery?+

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule from your dashboard before a driver is dispatched to your pickup. Once a driver is en route, the delivery is already in progress.

Do your drivers help carry items inside?+

Standard delivery is to your door or garage. Inside-the-home delivery is available as an add-on in select markets.

How do I track my delivery?+

You'll get notified when your Lot is picked up and again when it's delivered, with photo proof of delivery. SMS updates keep you posted at each status change.

Are there any hidden fees?+

No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Add-ons like oversized items or additional stops are clearly listed before you confirm.

What is AbSo Pass?+

AbSo Pass is our upcoming membership for frequent Winners. For $19.95/month you get $5 off every delivery, one free same-day pickup, and one free return each month. It auto-renews monthly and you can cancel anytime. Coming soon.

Do you offer same-day pickup?+

Yes. Same-day pickup is $25 when you book before noon local time (included once a month on AbSo Pass). We collect your won lot the same day so it does not sit at the auction house.

Can I return an item through AbSo?+

Yes — a return paired with a delivery (a "swap") is $15. Returns are based on the auction house return policy and are not available in all areas.

Do you charge auction houses?+

Auction houses pay a per-delivery fee based on their volume — no setup fees, monthly minimums, or platform charges. They contact partnerships for a quote.

What is your refund policy?+

If your delivery is not completed, you receive a full refund. If your item is damaged during transport, file a claim through your dashboard within 48 hours.

Drivers

Driver Questions

What vehicles are accepted?+

Sedans, SUVs, vans, and trucks are all accepted. Larger vehicles may qualify for oversized item deliveries, which pay a higher rate.

How much can I earn as a driver?+

Drivers earn competitive per-delivery pay plus a peak-hour bonus, and 100% of tips are yours on top. Earnings are deposited weekly. Specific rates for your market are shared during onboarding.

What does the background check involve?+

We run a standard motor vehicle record and criminal background check through our third-party partner. The process takes 3-5 business days.

How and when do drivers get paid?+

Earnings are deposited weekly via direct deposit. Driver tips are available instantly. You can track all earnings in the AbSo Driver app.

Can I drive in multiple markets?+

Yes. Once approved, you can accept deliveries in any active AbSo market. No need to re-apply.

How much does it cost for auction houses?+

Per-delivery pricing based on your volume — no setup fees, no monthly minimums, no platform charges. You receive one invoice per month. Contact partnerships for a quote.

What is Green Lane Protocol?+

Green Lane is our load-staging SLA. When a driver arrives, your team has pre-sorted the items by lot number. Drivers verify, photo-inspect, and load in under 15 minutes — keeping your dock clear and operations flowing.

How do Winners book delivery through an auction house?+

Winners book directly through AbSo. They enter the auction house name and lot number. You don't need to manage bookings, payments, or scheduling — we handle everything.

Do you offer API integration for auction platforms?+

Yes. Our API allows auction platforms to embed AbSo delivery directly into the checkout flow. Contact our partnerships team for integration docs.
