Pickup Process
Your driver arrives at the auction house, verifies your lot number, takes a photo inspection of the item, and loads it securely. The auction house release is handled in-app.
Delivery Windows
Choose same-day delivery with a specific 2-hour window, or book an anytime slot for maximum flexibility. Early bird rates are available when you book 48+ hours ahead.
Real-Time Tracking
Track your driver from the moment they head to the auction house. Get SMS updates at pickup, en route, and delivery. Photo proof of delivery included.

Common Questions
What size items can you deliver?+
Most auction items — furniture, appliances, electronics, tools, home goods. Oversized items (items requiring two people or a truck bed) are supported with an additional $10 fee.
What if my item is damaged during delivery?+
Every pickup includes a photo inspection. If damage occurs during transport, file a claim through your dashboard. Claims are valued at your auction purchase price (receipt required).
Can I schedule delivery for a future date?+
Yes. You can book delivery for today or any future date. Booking 48+ hours ahead qualifies for our $15 early bird rate.
Do your drivers help carry items inside?+
Standard delivery is to your door or garage. Inside-the-home delivery is available as an add-on in select markets.
How do I track my delivery?+
Real-time tracking is available in your AbSo dashboard from the moment your driver heads to the auction house. You'll also receive SMS updates at each status change.
